Unable to create multi-level bulleted list using tab key

The TAB key no longer has any effect in campaign text and all of my bulleted lists have been hosed.  What the heck are you all doing over there?  STOP SCREWING THINGS UP!  PLEASE!  Reloading, copying and pasting, copying and pasting plain text, nothing resolves the inability to TAB or make a simple bulleted list.  I mean c'mon...how did this get screwed up??

It's true!  My account too!  Who possibly thought it was Ok to screw with the formatting in ALL of our campaigns.  This is a new low even for Constant Contact.  Fix the existing bugs already, stop making new ones.

Yes!  My account too.  Bulleted Lists?  How did they break that?  It shouldn't surprise me at this point - anything they can do to make the customer experience worse, that seems to be the default.

I have now had to revise every single campaign to remove the bulleted lists, which means deleting all text, pasting it back as plaintext and reformatting all of it - but without bullets, as they are no longer a functioning feature - but guess what?  even if you tab indent non-bulleted text, as soon as you go to send it, all indenting is gone.  This is horrible - how can this get screwed up?  it is like working in a late 90's web site.  you all should be ashamed that you screwed this up.  GET IT FIXED ASAP.  If this is the last straw and we have to change platforms, I will be working overtime for weeks to transition, but i'll still get paid, because the boss is FED UP with this poor excuse for a platform that only gets progressively worse, and rarely rarely any better.  For shame!  Has no one at ConstantContact any pride anymore?

confirmed on my account too!  and the tech support chat reps are absolutely useless.  explain everything repeatedly only to have them tell me i'm asking for the moon and they don't support tabs or bulleted lists at all...since when?  even uploading screenshots of the differences and they can't troubleshoot their way out of a paper bag.  this will probably be the last bug for us as well.  our employees quit rather than deal with constant contact.  the boss hates it.  he's just waiting for a reason to leave...

using unicodes to manually insert a TAB also has no effect as soon as you go to send.   yet that was the workaround tech support suggested...  doesn't work either... why am i even surprised at the massive levels of incompetence here?  i think i'm the idiot for expecting any better.

AGREED!  TOTAL DISASTER.  I'M HAVING TO REDO ALL OF MY CAMPAIGNS AND THE ABILITY TO INDENT IS GONE...JUST GONE.  HOW CAN YOU BREAK THE TAB KEY?  THAT REQUIRES INEPTITUDE ON A WHOLE NEW SCALE.  WHO IS PAYING THE OVERTIME TO REDO EVERY SINGLE CAMPAIGN?

This is happening to me as well. I've also found that when I move my cursor to the very beginning of a bulleted or numbered list item (before the first character) and hit backspace, nothing at all happens. Previously, doing that would trigger the item to switch back from a list item to plain text, I believe. This seems to be another related new bug.

Ran into this last week (3/6/23) and was hoping it would be resolved this week. no go. I send out communications with literally hundreds of bulleted points that need indents or it's a complete mess. PLEASE get this resolved ASAP!!!
