Hello @lgrobinson712 ,   If you have an event's landing page active, then event blocks in emails are going to reroute to the landing page first. If you don't want that, you'd either manually set the link / button to go directly to the registration page, or just deactivate the landing page, similar to how it worked in the older event system.    For an overview of managing your event through its dashboard, see our main article on the topic. Hello @AndrewUpenn ,   Just to clarify, are you properly inserting either a greeting tag, or using the insert contact detail functionality to set the greeting up?   Another thing to keep in mind, assuming you've setup the greeting tag / insert contact detail correctly, is that previews and test sends will only show the account owner's name / info. Hello @Marisa_M ,   It sounds like something akin to the occasional in-account pop-ups that advertise an upcoming webinar repeatedly showing when cookies are regularly cleared, or the site is always accessed in incognito/private mode. You may need to clear your cookies for our website (check your browser's settings or support for guidance if needed), in order to do a full clean of any porblematic cookies that may have lingered. Once cleared, you may see the message one more time, but once you confirm it, it should be done.   That said, if your organization's network settings or your personal browser settings are set to regularly clear browser cookies, or you're regularly accessing the site via your browser incognito/private mode, then that may also be the issue- regular clearing of the cookies that would hide that messaging. ... Hello @EllenS41 ,   You can find a full drilldown of SMS pricing and tiers while signing up, though this is also screencapped and covered in our main article on SMS registration. The $10 tier is for 0-500 messages. This includes messages you directly send, as well as follow-up responses from prompts given by contacts.   For example, if you have 100 SMS contacts, and only plan to send 1-2 messages directly at most, then the 0-500 tier should cover you with room to spare. Hello @YvetteM3 ,   I'm seeing two versions of an email, one that had been scheduled to send Friday in your deleted folder, and the other that was scheduled today. For troubleshooting: Was the email sent today (with the period at the end of its name) copied today from the email that sent on Friday? Or was it copied prior to the original sendout? Is there anyone else you've granted access to the account (a coworker using your login, or the other user on the account) that would've scheduled the original email? Hello @LHPC ,   You can add line spacing to your text blocks (single, 1.2, 1.5, and double), but beyond that it's just a matter of using enter to separate between paragraphs.
