Hi Cyndi, thanks for posting your email here. As one of the largest Certified Solution Providers of Constant Contact, each month, we manage a very large number of emails for clients. There are two main reasons why there are no clicks on your email.
It's all about you. 90% of the email is to introduce your team, but in the reader's mind, they are wondering "what's in it for me?" There is no reason to click on the main part of the email.
Most links are at the top and generally, people will click on links towards the end of the email, once they read something of interest.
In addition, the first paragraph is "fluffy." Consider writing something more specific about WHY you are the right property management company. Are your tenants happy? Are your clients getting paid faster? In addition, most people don't scroll to the bottom, where your last website link is. And your FB, IG and LI links are not...linked. You'll notice that most of the content is of value, educating the reader. For your next email, you may consider case studies or other information that you prospective clients would be interested in. I hope you don't mind the direct feedback. Email marketing is an outstanding marketing tool as it allows you to "touch" people regularly, so you stay top-of-mind and not out-of-mind. The issue is that, as with anything else, the execution need to be done right, following best practices, to ensure success.
