@William_A, I am also having trouble with segments. I created a segment today, and it looks like it's not pulling from our full contact list. This was a workaround since Tags aren't working, so I'm stuck again now.

Just because an image is the first to appear on a webpage, doesn't necessarily mean that's what the social platform's link preview is going to pull. Different platforms have different methods, but generally speaking, it's just a small X you have to click, or an option you can toggle off. If you want an email's subject line included in a social post, then I'd advise copying and pasting that into the social post. If you want to build your emails using HTML code, you're welcome to use the custom code editor. The regular drag-and-drop editor uses proprietary code, and cannot have its HTML edited.

If it's all one photo, then you wouldn't be building it in the drag-and-drop email editor. You'd be using an image-editing program to build that collage of multiple image. It means that using something like a table with images has not worked well in email apps. It causes images to become cutoff, the tables to break down, or for it to just not diplay at all. I'd advise utilizing our existing Knowledge Base library of support articles to get more insight, advice, and guidance on getting started. These articles are also available in accounts via the Help (?) button. You can also utilize our Community's Getting Started resources. Please also keep our Community Guidelines in mind when posting to the Community, as I've had to edit several of your posts so far.

We are also having this issue. We were at a 99% delivery rate, then I started using links to be able to send more info out, and the delivery rate has dropped over 30% and showing channel rejected. Are these messages counted towards our SMS total of being charged even if they're bouncing? Do we just need to stop sending links?

Hello @AnneR487 , See this article for step-by-step and visual guidance on customizing your buttons' formats, including text size, deletion, overall size, etc. If this is regarding customization for the subscribe button on a sign-up form, then I assume this is in reference to a Sign-Up Landing Page? Since the default sign-up button can't be removed, you'd still follow the basic advice of the above button article. Clicking on that default button in the editor will allow you to customize it. Hello @DeirdreS122 , Only four columns will be available when exporting segments- email, first name, last name, date added. You'll need to add your segment to a list and export from there if you want more options. Due to how the segmentation system works, and the constant calculations and server load it demands, the devs do not have plans to expand the number of contact fields available when exporting a segment.

One of our clients had this same issue. You can block the pop-up from appearing but keep the inline form by adding this styling after the inline form code: <style> .ctct-popup-form, .ctct-overlay { display: none !important; } </style>

Hello @AlG0 , Not really. You can include personalization in your email, and then either create a segment that would include those contacts, or filter by tag when scheduling your email.

Hello @GregL1785 , The quotations are likely somewhere in the background coding, meaning whatever your source for the list is including them, even if they don't immediately appear in the file. If you're using Excel (or other MS programs), this may be even more of an issue, as some copied / downloaded cell data will result in quotations being included. You may need to use your preferred spreadhseet program (Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, etc.) to formulate the removal of this from your data, or check with the source of the contacts to see what can be done to remove/prevent these quotations being added.

Hello @user24445 , Yes, this is the standard function for any import process where a blank or currently filled contact field is given new info. So if you re-import your contacts, and some of them have new last names compared to what you already have in your account, the new import will override the existing info.

FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY Cannot describe how problematic this is. I've already called Tech Support, and they confirmed this is a "Known Error" since 4/16. Of all the system errors, this is the absolute most verboten. If your CTO is not pulling all developers off of everything else and having them focus on fixing THIS problem, then you should find a new CTO. Anyone reading this: do not use tags, create a Segment or a List. That is what Tech Support told me. Constant Contact should send out a system-wide notice.

Suggestion: Put a "Templates" option in Library section to save over after template has been saved. Perhaps also a "Create New Template" option in that page, based on blast type (email, social media, sign-up forms, etc). Currently, my workflow to edit/save over an existing template is by creating a new blast in the Campaign option, and then saving the "new" (read: edited) template, and deleting the old one. In my opinion, this isn't the most efficient/user-friendly way to do this. Another user's similar request: Ability To Edit Saved Templates

Hello @suril , There isn't a way, if you just want contacts on a specific page selected, you'd need to do them one-by-one. You can adjust the number of contacts that display on a page, using the dropdown at the bottom of the list / report.
