Navigating social media can be quite complex, especially for small businesses. The amount of content and the need to constantly engage with your audience can be challenging. Finding the right balance between posting frequently and not overwhelming your audience is crucial. Each platform has its own rules, like character limits and what types of content work best, which can add to the complexity.   Creating engaging content is another big challenge. It can be tough to consistently produce content that really resonates with your audience and stands out in a crowded social media landscape, which can lead to a lack of engagement.   Measuring the effectiveness of your social media efforts is also a common hurdle. Without clear metrics and analytics, it's tough to know what's working and what needs to be adjusted. For example, you might be posting regularly but still see low engagement, which could be due to posting at the wrong times, using the wrong types of content, or not interacting enough with your audience.   Centralize Your Social Media Management   If you operate on multiple social media platforms, then you can’t spend all of your time jumping from one to the other just to share the latest promotion or communicate with your followers.   Centralizing your social media management can significantly streamline your marketing efforts and enhance your overall presence. By using a single platform to manage all your social media accounts, you can save time and reduce the risk of errors. This approach allows you to plan, schedule, and publish posts across multiple platforms from one dashboard, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. It also makes it easier to monitor the performance of your content and analyze metrics, allowing you to adjust your strategy based on real-time data.   Try Constant Contact’s Social Post Tool     To address these issues, you can use Constant Contact’s Social Post tool. Social Post makes it easy to balance social media with your other marketing efforts by putting everything you need in one place.   Cross-Platform Posting: Create one post and share it across multiple platforms, or create individual posts tailored to each platform. Advanced Scheduling: Schedule a series of posts in advance using the Campaign Calendar view to ensure consistent and timely updates. Engagement Tracking/Campaign Reporting: Access detailed analytics to track the performance of your social media campaigns, including impressions, reach, and engagement metrics. View engagement activity with your Facebook and Instagram posts, including likes, comments, and shares. Track LinkedIn activity, as well. Comment Management: View and respond to comments directly from the Constant Contact platform, enhancing audience interaction. AI-Driven Content Generation: Use the AI Content Generator to create compelling captions with options for different tones and styles. Optimized Visual Content: Ensure images and videos are optimized for each platform, with specific guidelines for optimal sizes and formats. Short Video: Upload and share short-form videos right from your Constant Contact account. Post Editing and Rescheduling: Easily edit draft or scheduled posts, and unschedule posts that are set to publish at a future date.   If you're not sure what to post, share your email on your social channels! Or, better yet– let AI tailor your message for Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. AI can generate a summary of your email to use as the caption for social posts, but it won't automatically create a social post from the email itself. Social shares of an email will still include an image preview and a link to the full email.   Video content on social media gets shared 12 times more than text and images combined. Plus, viewers retain 95% of a message when they watch it in video versus 10% when read in text.   These features are all about making your social media management smoother and more effective, so your content really connects with your audience.   Are you already using Constant Contact’s social post features in your marketing efforts? What strategies have worked for you? Let us know in the comments! ... View more

Anthony Lamacchia learned the power of aggressive marketing at a young age while working with his father in construction. One postcard would bring in dozens of calls and thousands in deposits. When he entered real estate in 2004, he brought that bold marketing mindset but quickly discovered that different businesses require different approaches. Through trial and error, Anthony found unique selling propositions that helped him build Lamacchia Realty into a powerhouse brokerage across New England and South Florida. "When you educate, you attract," Anthony says on this episode of Be A Marketer. This philosophy has helped him build an audience of nearly 100,000 realtors across the country and establish himself as a thought leader in the industry. In this conversation with hosts Dave Charest and Stephanie Alfonso, Anthony shares his marketing journey and the principles that drive his success. Learn how to identify marketing "veins" worth pursuing, why consistency builds top-of-mind awareness, and when to pivot your strategy when a vein dries up. Tune in to discover why education-based content works so well, how to segment your audience effectively, and why boldness in marketing separates successful businesses from the competition.   Additional Resources:   Create Targeted Segments of Your Email List Email Sign-Up Tools to Help You Grow Your List and Your Business Grab Attention with These Subject Line Best Practices   Meet Today’s Guest: Anthony Lamacchia of Lamacchia Realty 🏠 What he does: Anthony Lamacchia is the founder of Lamacchia Realty, a real estate brokerage that helps buyers and sellers across New England and South Florida. Customer since: 2006   Fun fact: Jason Shron, the founder of Rapido Trains, once built a 20-foot slice of a real train in his basement.   Where you can find them: Website Facebook Instagram YouTube     Jason Shron's lifelong passion for trains fuels Rapido Trains, a business born from a childhood hobby. Starting in 2004 while pursuing a PhD, Jason eventually left academia to dedicate himself to model trains full-time.   Rapido Trains gained viral attention when Jason built a 20-foot train replica in his basement, leading to appearances on major media outlets. This publicity significantly boosted the company's marketing.   The company thrives on its authentic connection to the model train community. "It’s a company built on passion," Jason says. "We’re a team of mostly model train freaks who design stuff that we want." This shared enthusiasm resonates with their customers.   Jason Shron, Founder and Owner of Rapido Trains. Image Source: Jason ShronIn 2020, Rapido expanded into the U.K. market with Rapido Trains UK. While the passion for trains is global, the U.K. market has its own unique preferences. The U.K. general manager, Andy Hardy, notes the market's distinct sensibilities, and Rapido adapted its marketing accordingly. “The ethos of the company is to try and make people happy and that should go into our marketing. So our newsletters are slightly on the silly side. The British market is not as silly as [Canada and the U.S.] but fairly silly by U.K. standards,” explained Andy.   Email marketing is a key strategy for Rapido, utilizing segmented mailing lists and analytics. Jason emphasizes engagement over list size, preferring a high open rate with a smaller, dedicated audience. "I’d rather have 81% of 10,000 as opposed to 3% of 2 million people," he explains.   Rapido Trains uses diverse marketing strategies, including printed ads for older enthusiasts and social media for younger audiences. Despite this, Jason favors their email newsletter for its ability to share in-depth information and build a strong connection with readers. Rapido relies on Constant Contact as their primary communication tool to inform customers about their products.   The newsletters' effectiveness is evident in how customers read and share the content. Jason emphasizes their reliance on Constant Contact, stating, “Constant Contact is our biggest and most useful tool. We couldn’t do without it.”   From basement marvels to digital wizardry, here’s how Rapido Trains keeps the wheels turning and the community engaged.   Resend to Non-Openers: Ensures that customers who missed the initial email see it, significantly boosting open rates.  “I love this feature, it’s great. We actually have a huge percentage of opens on that second email. It was a game changer for us,” - Jason Shron, Rapido Trains Different Mailing Lists: Tailored to different audiences, such as dealers and newsletter subscribers. Data and Analytics Reporting: Proactively monitors unengaged subscribers to keep the list highly engaged. Forms on Website: Encourages visitors to sign up for newsletters. Using LinkedIn to Grow Your Business with Lea Turn...

Tattooed, pierced, a school dropout who'd worked minimum wage jobs her entire life, Lea Turner initially thought LinkedIn wasn't "for people like her." In 2019, she was a single parent running a small transcription service, struggling to make ends meet and relying on government support. The corporate, polished world of professional networking seemed light-years away from her reality. But everything changed when Lea decided to do something radical: be entirely, unapologetically herself. "I kind of had a screw it moment. I'm just gonna be myself because this is not fun. Pretending to be corporate, pretending to be some professional businesswoman that's like everybody else, is never gonna work for me because that's not who I am," Lea explains. What unfolded is a remarkable story of transformation that defies every traditional career narrative. By embracing her uniqueness—her humor, candid storytelling, and real-life experiences as a single mom—Lea turned LinkedIn from an intimidating platform into her greatest business asset. Her follower count exploded from 400 to 10,000 in just a few months. More importantly, she gained over 100 inbound clients for her transcription business, proving that authenticity is the most powerful marketing tool. On this episode of Be A Marketer, join Lea and host Dave Charest for this masterclass on personal branding, marketing strategy, and the power of embracing your true self as Lea shares how this journey led to the creation of The HoLT, her membership community designed for small business owners, freelancers, and solopreneurs. But I also know that by doing it, I'm changing the life for my son and creating a better existence for both of us.  Every Tuesday (usually) we'll share tips, tricks, and insights on using Constant Contact and online marketing   This will be a relatively short tip for the week. We've had a new block in the email editing experience that I wanted to bring more attention to. We've covered why getting direct feedback from your audience is important before, so I recommend reading that article if you haven't already.     Basically, you can ask your audience to rate something (e.g. "How likely are you to recommend our product?") or create a poll with pre-defined responses your audience can choose from. You can learn more here.   Have you had a chance to use the feedback block yet? What do you think? We'd love to see examples of how you've used it! ... View more

Building a Sustainable Independent Brokerage with ...

When Ian S. Hoover got fired from his job in retail, he wasn’t expecting it to lead to him opening a real estate brokerage one day. After a few drinks at his former partner's daughter's wedding, a casual conversation sparked the launch of Deacon & Hoover Real Estate Advisors in 2017. Today, his brokerage stands as the second-largest independent firm in Western Pennsylvania, and he's authored a book called "Short-Term Memory Loss" about his journey. But success didn't come from chasing top producers. Instead, Ian built a culture focused on developing new talent into high performers. "I can lead a horse to water, can't force them to drink it. I can show you how to sell real estate, but if you can't hold a conversation, you might have some problems. You got to build those relationships and that rapport," Ian explains.  On this episode of Be a Marketer (Real Estate Edition), host Dave Charest and real estate expert Stephanie Alfonso talk to Ian about his approach to brokerage growth. Learn how he leverages AI and automation for business efficiency, builds strong agent relationships, and maintains a "short-term memory loss" mindset that turns setbacks into opportunities.  Every Tuesday (usually) we'll share tips, tricks, and insights on using Constant Contact and online marketing   A/B testing is a powerful tool that can significantly enhance your email marketing efforts by providing valuable insights into how your content resonates with your audience. By comparing two different versions of the same email, typically focusing on the subject line, you can determine which one is more effective in capturing your audience's attention and driving engagement.     For instance, you might test a subject line that highlights a special offer against one that emphasizes a new product feature. The version that generates more opens and clicks can serve as a benchmark for future campaigns, helping you refine your approach and better understand what your audience finds compelling.   One of the key benefits of A/B testing is its data-driven nature. Instead of relying on assumptions, you can make informed decisions based on real data. This not only improves open rates but also enhances your overall understanding of your audience's preferences. Over time, these insights can help you tailor your email content to better meet the interests and needs of your subscribers, leading to higher engagement and better conversion rates.   To ensure the reliability of your test results, it's recommended to have a sufficiently large test audience. Each of your A and B lists should have at least 1,000 contacts, totaling 2,000 contacts (if possible). This larger list size helps reduce the impact of random anomalies and increases the statistical significance of your results. You can still leverage the tool with smaller sample sizes, of course.   Personalization is another crucial aspect that can amplify the effectiveness of your A/B testing. By incorporating elements like the recipient's first name or other relevant contact details, you can create subject lines that feel more personal and engaging. For example, you might test a subject line that starts with "Hi [First Name]" against one that uses a generic greeting.   Additionally, using custom fields that align with the email's content can further enhance relevance. Best practices include ensuring you have the necessary contact information on file or collecting it through sign-up forms, and testing different combinations of personalization elements to see what works best. By leveraging personalization, you can create more compelling subject lines that stand out in a crowded inbox.   By incorporating A/B testing into your email marketing strategy, you can gain deeper insights into your audience's preferences and continuously improve the performance of your campaigns. ... From satellite dishes and hot tubs to coaching real estate teams, Verl Workman's entrepreneurial journey is full of unexpected turns. Facing hardship early in life, Verl developed a strong work ethic and a knack for sales. A chance encounter with a satisfied customer led him to a successful career in real estate.    But Verl's drive to innovate pushed him beyond traditional real estate sales, into technology training and public speaking. Now, as CEO and co-founder of Workman Success Systems, he empowers real estate teams to achieve "predictable greatness."   Verl challenges the solo agent model, advocating for the power of teams in real estate. He emphasizes leverage and delegation as keys to a balanced life. "Anything you do three times, create a system for it," Verl advises, encouraging realtors to prioritize high-value activities and delegate less profitable tasks. This approach frees up time for family and personal pursuits while building a successful business.   On this episode of the Be a Marketer podcast - Real Estate Edition, Verl sits down with hosts Dave Charest, Director of Small Business Success at Constant Contact, and Stephanie Alonso, Sr. Director, Vertical Innovation at Constant Contact, to share his unique system for achieving predictable success in real estate. Hi @RobinJ827,   Thank you for sharing your email with us. Newsletters are tough, because depending on how active your organization is and what you want to say, their length can get unwieldy at times. They key is figuring out what to share and how much of it to share before directing them somewhere else, like a website. Or, consider using dynamic content options so only content that is relevant to certain segments of your audience will see it.   All of what I just said is me musing than anything related specifically to the newsletter you shared.   It's true that a lot of images might flag an email as spam. It's all about finding the right balance between images-to-text. Images are integral to engaging email design, so I wouldn't shy away from using them, just be mindful if your email looks like it's more images than text, the spam risk increases.   All right, to your email! Overall, the color palette is simple and easy on the eyes. My first recommendation is to consider the font you use. Some images use different font from the email itself and from what I can tell there's even a couple of different font styles used in the text bodies. I recommend reviewing email-safe and web-safe fonts you can use in your email and try to keep it to one font, if possible.   Speaking of images, I would consider thinking "does this make sense as an image or could it be text instead?" For example, you have a "New Phone System for the Pavilion" image that could probably be recreated 1:1, if not close to, as just text. Additionally, when opened in a mobile email client the numbers would be clickable and take the reader right to Phone app if they were inclined to call. Even if it's viewed on desktop, by making it real text, the reader could also copy and paste the number somewhere else, if needed. Basically, if the image is mostly text anyway, just put in the text itself.   Oh, and at the top of the email with your logo. Even though the image of the verdant nature is lovely, it just repeats the name of the neighborhood that is already represented by the logo. Usually, we say "logo right at the top" but personally, if I had to choose between the logo image and the nature image, I'd go with the nature image. Maybe you can switch back and forth depending on the nature of the email. Plus, your logo is also represented at the bottom of the email (which is good).   For images, again, I'd review their dimensions, too. For example, under "Valentine's Day Dinner Dance" you have images with different dimension ratios. Preferably, they would be the same dimension or they would be staggered (i.e. left-align one image with right-align text and below it right-align image with left-align text, if that makes sense). I'd also check the image quality or file type. The image in the "General Manager Update" section appears a bit blurry and the person in the photo is sat far away so you can't even really make out his face. Maybe a different photo that is more of a portrait of the manager would work better, too. Also, when placing them also play around with their sizing within the email itself. The image in the "New Resident Orientation Sessions" section is just a group of people, so no one person is the focal point, but you could probably expand it so that the sides extend across the width of the email body to let it really pop.   Note: You might already be aware of this, but I just want to point out that there is an image placeholder block in the 'Ladies' Luncheon' section.   Lastly, I would review the placement of the buttons. Some of them are center-aligned and others are left or right-centered. I'd say unless there is an image that is left or right aligned in the same section as a button, keep the buttons center-aligned across the board. I also don't think they need to be multiple colors, unless that is an aesthetic choice that you think works for your audience.   Thank you again for sharing your email. I hope my advice is helpful and please come back and share any updates you make! ... View more

When most real estate agents sell a property, they often lose the customer to property managers, insurance agents, and other service providers. But Jacqui Luberto saw an opportunity to change this pattern. Jacqui opened her brokerage in 2020, on the day Florida shut down and has since built a network of six interconnected businesses that help clients at every step of their ownership journey. "I look at a property when I sell it to someone, and I say, 'What are all of the things they can do with this property?' I want to be a part of their entire journey," Jacqui shares on the Be a Marketer podcast. What drives Jacqui's success? In this episode, Jacqui and host Dave Charest explore how she leverages her marketing background to build lasting customer relationships. They discuss her strategic approach to timing customer communications, why social media positivity matters, and how she uses monthly community events to stand out in a crowded market. Listen in to learn how Jacqui uses Constant Contact's versatile platform to manage communications across multiple businesses, ensuring she stays connected with customers throughout their journey.  Additional Resources:   ●  Real Estate Content Ideas to Get More Clients ●  Real Estate Client Appreciation Ideas: Events, Gifts, and More ●  Real Estate Lead Conversion: Nurture Leads and Increase Sales ●  Content Marketing for Real Estate Meet Today's Guest: Jacqui Luberto of Realty One Group & One Family Property Services   🎯 What she does: Jacqui is the broker/owner of Realty One Group and five other interconnected businesses in Destin, Florida, including One Family Property Services, Defender Insurance, Gulf Coast Beachfronts, Emerald Coast Referral Network, and Nest Vacant Property Management. Being a successful real estate agent demands a clear and authentic personal brand. Christine George, CEO and Founder of Post & Beam Creative, didn’t set out to help agents sell more homes. Instead, she focuses on helping them uncover their unique identities and stand out in a crowded market.   Christine has spent over 15 years in the real estate industry, refining strategies that empower agents to market themselves with confidence. In this episode, she shares her journey and her "three A's" framework: Awaken, Activate, and Amplify. Through this process, agents can define their niche, craft intentional marketing strategies, and make authentic connections with their ideal clients.   "When you are true to who you are, your clients feel it," Christine explains. "They feel it. So focus on what you do and what you do well and continue to challenge yourself along the way, but forget about what everybody else is doing because they're not watching you and whatever they're doing."   Tune in today to the Be a Marketer podcast with hosts Dave Charest, Director of Small Business Success at Constant Contact, and Stephanie Alfonso, Senior Director of Vertical Innovation at Constant Contact, to discover how to craft your unique brand, attract your dream clients, and make meaningful connections that fuel your success.   Additional Resources:   Get Started With Email Marketing: 10 Things You Need to Do First How to Build an Effective Email List: Best Practices and Strategies How to Set Up an Effective Automated Welcome Email Series (with Examples) Goal Getter: 3 Email Marketing Goals to Set for the New Year   Meet Today’s Guest: Christine George of Post & Beam Creative 🤔 What she does: Christine George is the CEO and Founder of Post & Beam Creative, a branding and marketing services firm specializing in real estate. Why Email is Better than Social Media for Marketer...

Social media is essential for multi-channel marketing and business strategies because of its vast reach. In 2024, over five billion people were using social media worldwide, a number projected to increase to over six billing by 2028. Create a post, and you have instant access to a ready-made audience that, in the past, took years to build.    But there are drawbacks. Platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Bluesky are dictated by algorithm changes that can reduce the visibility of your posts. This leaves you wondering which followers are truly engaged and which are just passing by.   The solution has been with you all along: Email Marketing! While social media is great for brand awareness, you need to leverage your social channels to convert followers into email subscribers. After all, a subscriber list is the foundation of your business.   When you own your list it means you’re future-proofing your business from frequent platform updates, which social media loves to do.   Own. Your. List.   We've all heard the rumors that email is dead and that social media reigns supreme. But is it?     I follow a lot of artists on social media. In recent months, after unpopular algorithm and policy changes reduced engagement on their posts and called into question the ownership of their work, I've seen many of them promote their websites and email lists more actively.   They use incentives, like sharing future artwork exclusively with subscribers or providing access to a private blog where fans can read about their artistic process. The more followers they convert to subscribers, the more control and confidence they gain, knowing their hard work reaches people invested in their artistic growth and who might purchase their artwork.   Email marketing significantly expands your reach, with an average open rate of Email marketing extends your reach well beyond social media, given the various social platforms reach less than 10% of your followers. Conservatively, emails are opened by 30% of recipients. So get sending!   If the algorithm changes, they still have access to their most invested fans because those subscribers trusted the brand enough to provide their email address or even their phone number to receive regular updates.   Email lets you personalize your connections   On social media, like Facebook, you might have tens, hundreds, or even thousands of followers, but your content most likely often takes a one-size-fits-all approach. It probably would take considerable effort to understand the unique, individualized profiles of your followers, if there are even features available where you could target them effectively. And so, you post the same content for everyone in the hopes that it’s relevant to someone.   An email marketing platform, like Constant Contact, has tools that allow you to learn about your subscribers and organize them all within a centralized system. Features include link tracking to see what contacts are clicking on, automatically sorting contacts into new segments based on what they click on, or heat maps that tell you what content or images are resonating with your audience the most.   Plus, when you’re creating content to send to them, you can personalize what different contacts can see within the same email, or control on a more granular level which contacts receive which communications based on their interests or engagement activity.   More personalization means you can achieve higher conversion rates when the right messaging is in front of the right people.   The truth is, email marketing offers depth and control that social media can't match. But, it’s important to make sure that you’re not just adding new subscribers blindly. Ask the right questions and you’ll have a wealth of information to tap into when building out your business plans.   Get to know your social followers with Constant Contact’s Lead Magnet   If you’re looking for a way to expand your reach beyond social media algorithms and into your audience’s inbox, all by offering a more personalized experience, then Lead Magnet might be the tool for you.     Forget about designing and integrating landing pages or sign up forms. Lead Magnet scales down your workflow by utilizing artificial intelligence to generate a visually appealing 5-question survey customized to reflect your brand.   If you’re looking for more customization options, learn more about our lead generation landing pages and other sign-up form tools.   The questions are designed to make the sign-up process more engaging and to give you greater insight into what your subscribers want to hear from you. Plus, if you create or already have additional digital content or coupon codes, you can configure the microsite to provide this information after the survey. If not, when the survey finishes, they will be greeted with the option to fill out the sign-up form.   Additionally, you will receive an email notification every time someone completes the survey, so you can stay on top of new sign-ups and engage with them promptly. Once they're added to your email list, you can tap into the power of email marketing by setting up Welcome triggers and other automations to nurture your new subscribers into super fans.   Related: Automate Your Customer Messaging with Automation Path Builder   Additionally, Lead Magnet isn’t limited to your social media pages. Consider hyperlinking the URL in your email campaigns, on your website, or assigning it a QR code people can scan at events, in your store, and elsewhere.   Take it for a spin   Strategies are great and all, but it’s helpful to see the Lead Magnet in action. Check out this microsite we created.   Lead Magnet is just the beginning of how we’re revolutionizing lead generation. With planned features for deeper insights and enhanced integration, you’re investing in a tool that grows with your business.   In a world where algorithms dictate reach, owning your audience is key. With Lead Magnet, you’re not just gathering leads—you’re building lasting connections that drive results.   We’d love to see how you’ve customized Lead Magnet for your business. Drop a link or screenshot of your microsite in the comments and inspire others! ... View more

Every Tuesday we'll share tips, tricks, and insights on using Constant Contact and online marketing   Contacts created in Constant Contact would usually need to have an email address associated with it. However, it was recently changed where you can upload a file of SMS-only contacts when adding new contacts to your account! So, if you're using SMS, check this out.   Make sure to take the time to format your file or spreadsheet before uploading it in your Constant Contact account.     Use a compatible file type and organize the content without multiple tabs. Ensure your file has columns labeled "SMS phone number" and "SMS consent date." Contacts without a consent date will be marked as "SMS no permission set" and can't receive SMS campaigns until they opt-in.   Label other column headings for Constant Contact to recognize them. SMS-only contacts don't need an email address, but you can include other contact details and custom fields. Your file can also include tags.   Format SMS phone numbers and consent dates correctly to avoid import errors. In Excel, for example, format the SMS phone number field as "Phone Number" or "Text" for international numbers, and the SMS consent date field as "Date" or "Custom - General."   Plus, SMS-only contacts will not count towards the contact tier of your email marketing plan! ... Starting a business often means learning to trust yourself first — especially when battling both personal and professional challenges. Teresa Heath-Wareing built a six-figure agency as a single parent, then transformed it into a successful online business. But her journey involved more than just business growth; she also sought authenticity in both marketing and life. "I built a six-figure business while drunk or hungover," Teresa shares candidly about her past struggle with alcohol addiction. “So, if I can do that, what the hell can I do now that I am 100% clear-headed and focused?" Teresa discusses the real meaning of showing up vulnerably in your marketing, why email marketing beats social media for building relationships, and how she generates revenue through multiple streams. She also breaks down the mindset shifts needed to overcome imposter syndrome and self-sabotage. On this episode of Constant Contact’s Be a Marketer podcast, join host Dave Charest and Teresa as they explore what it really means to market authentically online, the importance of building your email list before anything else, and why consistency in the right marketing channels matters more than trying to do everything. 👉 Check out the full podcast episode Teresa mentioned in this episode.    Additional Resources:   ●  Audience Engagement Keeps Eyes on Your Business ●  How to Market Your Small Business on a Shoestring Budget ●  Digital Marketing for Small Business: How to Get Started ●  Get Started With Email Marketing: 10 Things You Need to Do First   Meet Today’s Guest: Teresa Heath-Wareing of THW Marketing Limited   🎯 What she does: Teresa Heath-Wareing helps entrepreneurs scale their online businesses through strategic marketing and audience growth.
